Camp Grandmama and Grampy Campy – Forever Young

R.J., Charlie and Ben - CGGC 2004

When I was going through the pictures of the boys’ Camp from a couple of weeks ago, I kept getting lost in memories.

Charlie, R.J. and Ben - CGGC 2012

My, how they have changed.

Ben, R.J. and Charlie - CGGC 2004

They will always be my “little guys”

Charlie, R.J. Ben, Grampy, Cooper, Kevin and Carson - 2012

but it’s pretty obvious … they are all growing up.

Hey, this calls for a song!!!

Forever Young (the Bob Dylan version..)

**********

R.J., Ben and Charlie - CGGC 2004

May God bless and keep you always
May your wishes all come true

Charlie and Ben - CGGC 2004

May you always do for others
And let others do for you

Ben, Charlie and R.J. - CGGC 2005

May you build a ladder to the stars
And climb on every rung

Charlie, R.J. and Ben - CGGC 2007

May you stay forever young

R.J., Charlie, Great-Grandma and Ben

Forever young,

forever young

Charlie, Ben and R.J. - CGGC 2009

May you stay forever young.

**********

Carson, Grampy and Kevin - CGGC 2007

May you grow up to be righteous
May you grow up to be true

Kevin, Luci and Carson - CGGC 2008

May you always know the truth
And see the lights surrounding you

Carson and Kevin - CGGC 2007

May you always be courageous
Stand upright and be strong

Kevin and Carson - CGGC 2009

May you stay forever young

Carson, Kevin and Luci - CGGC 2010

Forever young,

Carson, Luci and Kevin - CGGC 2011

forever young

Carson (in the towel) and Kevin - CGGC 2006

May you stay forever young.

**********

Cooper - CGGC 2010

May your hands always be busy
May your feet always be swift

Cooper - CGGC 2010

May you have a strong foundation
When the winds of changes shift

Cooper and Sophie - CGGC 2011

May your heart always be joyful
And may your song always be sung

Cooper and Sophie - CGGC 2011

May you stay forever young

Cooper - CGGC 2010

Forever young,

Cooper - CGGC 2011

forever young

Cooper and Mr. Rooster - CGGC 2011

May you stay forever young

(any time you can end a song with a boy holding a rooster, it’s a good song)

It’s early Sunday morning (4:00 a.m.) and I’m getting ready for Girls’ Camp.  I still have more to share from the Boys’ Camp, but seem to have lost some critical pictures.  In the meantime, thanks for letting me share.

Time for bed…..
