It was a busy Easter this year …. for everyone in our house.
Over the last few weeks, Mr. H and I heard pounding and sawing behind our Fairy Door. We couldn’t imagine what those fairies might be up to, but after awhile, we got used to the noise and stopped paying attention. After all, you expect to hear a little noise when you have fairies living behind your wall. Right?
When our grand-kids arrived, they were excited to discover that the Fairies had installed an outside light. Now, they could tell when the Fairies were at home. When they peeked inside they also noticed that there was new wallpaper, a new wood floor and new lights!! These Fairies have been very, very busy. Of course, rehabbing their Fairy home was nothing compared to everything else they accomplished over the Easter Weekend.
We boiled eggs (96 of them)

The grand-kids got all dolled up.
…and the Fairies got dolled up (We think. The Fairies have never been seen by the adults. That explains why I didn’t take a picture).
and of course we ate and laughed and talked and enjoyed each other’s company.
I’ll bet the fairies did that, too.
Boy, are those fairies tired.
